Welcome to CAAR website. If you are looking for a retirement community and you find Rossmoor, this site will give you more information at our club, CAAR,  the Chinese American Association of Rossmoor. If you are already a resident of Rossmoor and looking for more information about CAAR, you have also come to the right place.  If you are already a member of CAAR, and you just want to find out some information, for example,  where and when a club sponsored event will take place, or need more resources each sub-club or sub-group is offering, you have come to the right place.
