誰可以參加？ Who can Join?
只要是Rossmoor的居民都可以成為會員。
Any Rossmoor resident may join CAAR as a member.
會員有哪幾種？
What types of membership are available?
會員有 Regular 及 Associate 兩種。只有Regular 會員可以成為俱樂部的理事會。Associate 會員除了上述限制之外 ，與Regular會員沒有差別。 A Rossmoor resident not of Chinese descent is eligible as an Associate Member of the Association. 2026年 我是CAAR會員嗎？
Am I a Member of CAAR in 2026?
為避免重複繳費，請點擊「已付款會員名單」進行查驗。若您剛完成繳費，請預留數天時間，以便我們完成資料更新與作業處理。
To avoid duplicate payments, please click “Paid Members List” to verify your membership status. If you have just completed your payment, please allow a few days for processing and updating our records.
如何報名？ How to enroll?
【Step1: 填寫會員申請表 complete the membership application form】
續會會員請留意電子郵件通知，無需填寫會員申請表。
Renewing members, please watch for our email notification. There is no need to complete a membership application form.
會員申請表可透過以下三種方式取得：
The membership application form is available through any of the following three methods:
1. 下載後自行打印 Download & Print
2. 線上填寫 Fill it online
3. 到 Gateway 辦公室的 CAAR 信箱索取。
Pick up a membership application form from the CAAR mailbox at the Gateway Office.
【Step2： 付款 Payment】
歡迎使用 Zelle 付款。請在 Zelle 中使用 caarrossmoor@gmail.com 作為收款帳號，並在 Note（備註） 欄註明您的姓名及「CAAR Membership」。
您也可以開立 $18 支票，抬頭請寫 CAAR。若您同時繳交會員申請表，請將支票與申請表一併放入 Gateway 辦公室 CAAR 信箱內的大信封。
We welcome payment by Zelle. Please use caarrossmoor@gmail.com as the recipient in Zelle, and include your full name and "CAAR Membership" in the Note field.
You may also pay by check in the amount of $18, payable to CAAR. If you are submitting a membership application, please place the completed application form and your check together in the large CAAR envelope located in the Gateway Office mailbox.
